What this program is
Fort Lauderdale Auto Sales uses SMS to respond to customer inquiries about used vehicles, financing, appointments, store hours, directions, and related dealership services. Messages may be automated, staff assisted, or both. We also send low-volume internal lead alerts to dealership staff when a customer submits a web form so the team can return the customer’s call promptly.
You opt in by texting our dealership number at (954) 793-1761, tapping a “Text Us” link on fortlauderdaleautosales.com, or submitting a website form where you provide your phone number and agree that we may contact you by call or text about your inquiry. Consent to receive SMS is not required to purchase a vehicle.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your conversation and request. Typical customer conversations receive 1 to 6 messages per inquiry. Internal staff alerts vary with web-form submission volume. We do not send scheduled recurring marketing blasts from this program.
Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply per the recipient’s wireless carrier plan.
